The Set Up and Rules

All donations except food items must be turned in to either Beth or Jen in the xray department no later than Monday, Nov 16th.

Food donation are due Nov. 25th. Bring it to work and we will contact you with delivery details early that morning.

My goal is to have everything photographed and listed here by Wednesday, Nov 18th. I will also distribute a catalog to Powers Ave. and Hershey offices.

The items up for auction will be displayed in the large conference room downstairs at the Trindle Road office starting Nov 23rd thru the 24th.

Bid sheets for each item will be posted along with information pertaining to the minimum starting bid and bid increase requirements.

Trindle employess should bid using the bid sheets. Powers Ave. and Hershey employees can bid by phone by calling Beth or Jen ext 158 or emailing me at xray_beth@yahoo.com.

We will check bid sheets often and update this blog site several times a day to keep everyone in the loop and up to date with the bidding.

Bidding ends at 4:30pm on Tuesday, Nov 24th.

Winners will be announced on Wednesday, Nov. 25th and all items will be delivered that day.

I want to thank everyone who donated items. Without your support this would not have been possible. I look foward to a great auction!!!
